Login and online bookings are disabled just now - they should be enabled later this week. We are working hard to get everything ready for you. Please wait until you can book online if you wish to book practice.

If you know exactly what you want then you can book here, if you are new to the website or need to know if there are any conditions such as previous experience or age, then check these before you book. There is more information below.

Ice

to book ice, you, and anyone with you, must know how to curl and how to keep yourself safe on the ice.

You can buy a practice pass online which covers the cost of practice for the season.

Classes

All public classes have a minimum age of 11.

Try Curling - no experience needed. Full information can be found on the Try Curling page.
Beginner - you must have previous curling experience or have attended a Try Curling class. More information on the Beginner Classes page.
Coaching - you must have previous curling experience or have attended a Try Curling class, See the Coaching Sessions page
After-School Club - these schools sessions are for children in P6 upwards. See the After-School Club page

Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings made through the website must be paid at the time of booking.

Where cancelations are allowed, a credit will normally be issued that can be used against future bookings. If you prefer a refund, this can be arranged upon request, but any card or bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Terms & Conditions - Ice Bookings

Ice cancelled within 28 days of the scheduled date will not be refunded, and, if not already paid, must be paid in full.
Bookings more than 28 day ahead may be cancelled and will be refunded if already paid.
Prepaid ice* which is not paid for by the deadline (start of season or end of December), will revert to the Pay & Play rate.
Ice must be fully paid by the end of the day it was due. Late payments will incur a surcharge to cover the extra admin costs.
Kinross Curling reserve the right to cancel or rearrange ice. Any prepaid ice that is cancelled by the ice rink will be refunded. Rearranged ice that is not suitable may be cancelled and a refund requested.
Games may be rescheduled if necessary and opposing teams must make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests. Teams should contact their opposition as soon as possible, and the game should be rescheduled to a new date before the original date has passed. Games may no be cancelled and rescheduled later.
Practice bookings can be made up to 7 days ahead. They are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
All payments made at the rink must be by card, cash is no longer accepted.
Curlers paying at the rink will be required to make 1 payment only per team. Individual payments will not be allowed.

* Prepaid Ice – Clubs may elect to prepay their ice to receive a discount. They will pay by the first day of the season for all ice up to the end of the year, and then by the end of December for ice from January to the end of the season. League teams may also elect to prepay, but they will pay for the whole league in one payment, due by the first day of the season.

Terms and Conditions – Practice Passes

Practice passes may be purchased and are subject to the following rules. They may be withdrawn if they are misused.

Practice passes are for personal practice only, they may not be used to play games. Games may be played, however, on paid for practice ice.
There is a fair use policy for practice that is clearly shown on the website booking page. This covers the pass holder and not just the person making the booking.
No shows and cancellations are not allowed apart from in exceptional circumstances. Repeat offenders may have their passes cancelled after 3 occurrences.

Terms & Conditions - Class Bookings

All classes must be paid for at the time of booking.
There are no refunds, however, if you cannot attend you can:
- Email us and we may allow you to switch your booking to another session if you give us reasonable notice.
-.Let someone else to use your booking but you will need to tell us the name and email address of the person attending.

Terms & Conditions - Event Bookings

All events must be paid for at the time of booking.
Events more than 28 day ahead may be cancelled and will be refunded.
Withdrawals less than 28 days ahead of the event will not automatically get a refund. You can transfer your booking to someone else, but you must tell us their name and email address. We will also do all we can to find a replacement, in which case we will issue a refund.
